Accessing Our GPs

If you would like to use St. Andrews Aged Care GPs as your regular general practice service, please complete our Patient Registration and Medical Consent form.

Costs

At our clinic, we bulk bill all residents with a valid Medicare or DVA health card for all clinically necessary services referral letters.

However, private fees may apply for services that do not have Medicare rebates available, such as VCAT forms insurance forms, letters by lawyers and third parties emails, meetings, and telephone calls outside the patient-doctor consultation when the patient is not present. Such fees will be notified and discussed in advance.
