Dr Aizah Tassadaq is an experienced General Practitioner with over 10 years of clinical experience, now also
dedicated to caring for residents in aged care facilities. She provides comprehensive, residentcentred care with a focus on chronic disease management, medication review, and preventive health.

Her special interests include:
  • Comprehensive geriatric care and chronic disease management
  • Dementia care and cognitive health support
  • Falls prevention and mobility optimisation
  • Palliative and endoflife care
  • Skin checks, wound management, and preventive vaccinations
Dr Aizah Tassadaq works closely with nursing staff, allied health teams, and families to optimise comfort, function, and quality of life for residents. She is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, allowing her to support a diverse community with clear, compassionate communication.

After Hours Service

  • An after-hours doctor is available from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM for Telehealth Consults on 1300 100 724 .
  • Please be advised, a $200.00 upfront fee applies as this service is not Bulk Billed.
  • Additional services (suturing, etc) are charged at the practice fee rate.

Telehealth Consults

  • The fees for both video and telephone telehealth consults are the same as a face-to-face standard consultation.
  • Patients must have had a face-to-face consultation within a previous 12-month period in order to meet the eligibility criteria for Medicare rebates.

We offer Bulk Billing for patients who hold a valid Medicare card.

For eligible services, claims can be processed instantly via HICAPS to ensure a smooth and convenient visit.
